Brunei
Surrounded by Malaysia on all sides except for the northernmost tip that touches the South China Sea, Brunei is a small country that gained its independence from Britain in 1984. The economy is quite wealthy and is led by a mixture of foreign businesses and entrepreneurs. Brunei makes most of its fairly high GDP from oil. To bring foreign investment in, Brunei holds relatively low tax rates and moderately low laws for foreign enterprises.
